Google Workspace is a smart, secure suite of productivity apps designed to boost team collaboration. As a Tech Lead Manager on the Workspace Monetization Data Science team, you will scale the business and partner with product and engineering to shape monetization and growth strategies.

You will lead a high-performing team of data scientists, deliver data-driven insights to guide roadmaps, and advocate for a culture of collaboration and excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 15 years of analytics experience with leadership in a technical role (or 13 years with a Master's).
• 5+ years as a people manager in a technical leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Act as data-driven partner to engineering and product leads on direction and opportunities.
• Mentor and develop data science talent within the team.
• Deliver insights to guide product roadmaps and analytics infrastructure.
• Lead end-to-end project outcomes from problem definition to modeling and visualization.
