Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years in software development including 5 years testing and launching software products.
• 5 years of full-stack development across back-end and front-end technologies.
• 3 years of software design and architecture experience.
• Experience in people leadership or team management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of engineers (up to 6 direct reports) focusing on Connected TV and DV360 Living Room.
• Balance people leadership with hands-on technical contribution by coding and launching features for at least 50% of your time.
• Lead end-to-end system architecture for user-facing products, APIs, and real-time serving layers.
• Architect and scale high-availability bidding and pacing infrastructure for extreme traffic surges.
• Direct integration of TV-native ad formats and collaborate with publishers, SSPs, and OEM partners.
