We are looking for a hands‑on Tech Lead (Java) to drive the design, development, and delivery of large‑scale, low‑latency trading platforms within our FX engineering group. This role combines deep technical contribution with technical leadership, guiding engineers and shaping the architecture and direction of critical trading systems.
You will remain close to the code while also leading projects end‑to‑end—partnering with architects, influencing engineering standards, and mentoring team members to deliver high‑performance, highly reliable solutions.

LSEG is committed to offering competitive compensation and benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $147,500 – $245,900.
