Ladders is seeking a Tech Lead Engineer to provide technical leadership across high-impact software initiatives, guiding architecture and execution for complex business applications. You will partner with engineers to translate broad requirements into scalable technical solutions and well-defined implementation plans.

The position also focuses on raising engineering quality, strengthening cloud-native systems, and mentoring team members to support delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of professional software development experience building complex, scalable business applications.
• Expert-level proficiency in the Microsoft stack, including C# / .NET Core and Angular.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, including Durable Functions and App Services.
• Proven experience designing and operating distributed systems, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
• Deep experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong database experience with SQL Server and Azure SQL.

For our client, we are seeking a Tech Lead Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will provide technical leadership across high-impact software initiatives, guiding architecture and execution for complex business applications. You will partner closely with engineers to translate broad requirements into scalable technical solutions and well-defined implementation plans. The position also focuses on raising engineering quality, strengthening cloud-native systems, and mentoring team members to support delivery excellence.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $180,000 - $200,000 annually
