Responsibilities

• Define the long-term roadmap for AI-driven internal products and lead architectural design of complex systems.
• Identify friction points and build platforms enabling non-technical stakeholders to solve data problems independently.
• Overhaul release governance by integrating intelligent automation into pipelines and ensuring data-informed decision-making in deployments.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for cross-functional teams; drive platformization of AI pilots for enterprise-wide standards.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of engineering excellence and high-velocity execution.
