Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution, an Am Law 100 international firm, seeks a 2 to 4 year Intellectual Property Litigation Associate to join its San Francisco, CA office. This role offers responsibility across case strategy and execution with direct partner access.

You will handle contested IP matters with a strong technical focus, draft pleadings, manage discovery, and coordinate with experts while collaborating with senior lawyers in a Bay Area IP team.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years IP litigation experience at a sophisticated law firm
• Admission to the California State Bar
• Strong academic credentials from a respected institution
• Engineering/technical background preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle contested IP litigation matters with a technical focus
• Manage key aspects of case preparation, including strategy and factual development
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery requests and responses
• Take ownership of discovery, depositions, hearings prep and interactions with opposing counsel
• Work closely with partners and senior lawyers in a Bay Area IP litigation team
