Job summary

Qualifications

• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Experience in a comparable law firm or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
• Deal sheet to be provided.

Responsibilities

• Work on IP licensing and technology transactions.
• Assist with IP due diligence in M&A and financing.
• Draft and negotiate license agreements, customer agreements (including SaaS), channel partner agreements, and collaboration agreements.
• Support due diligence and related corporate transactions.
• Stay informed on AI and open source issues in technology transactions.
