Job summary

Arcadia Capital in Miami is seeking an ambitious, entry-level business development analyst to help source and qualify technology investment banking mandates. You will learn our outreach system and support senior bankers with market research and pitch preparation.

This role rewards curiosity, attention to detail, and strong communication in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment. A finance or business degree is preferred; internships in IB, consulting, or corporate development are a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or related field.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Experience with market research and industry analysis in technology/financial services.
Ability to create and deliver professional presentations for clients and internal teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication for collaboration and client interactions.
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM or pipeline management tools; AI tools a plus.

Responsibilities

Identify target technology companies and potential mandates.
Research and analyze markets to support deal origination.
Prepare pitch materials and client-facing presentations.
Assist senior bankers in coordinating meetings and due diligence.
Maintain organized workflow across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
