Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Delivery Support Associate to join our holiday team, assisting with delivery, installation, repair and haul-away of electronics in customers’ homes. You’ll support the crew with integration and networking tasks as needed, either solo or in a two-person team.

The role emphasizes customer experience, careful installation, inventory and paperwork handling, and a readiness to adapt to evolving workloads.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift 350 pounds individually or 700 pounds with a team using support tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation.
• Ensure installed appliances are damage-free, accurately installed and fully functioning.
• Provide a seamless client experience by advising on product placement and offering recommendations on products and services.
• Work independently or as part of a two-person team.
• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance in partnership with other Agents.
• Process paperwork and payments.
