Best Buy is seeking a Delivery Support Associate to join a holiday-season delivery team, assisting with installation, repair, and haul-away of electronic devices at customers' homes. You’ll support the team with integration and networking tasks and may work solo or in a two-person crew.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift 350 pounds individually or 700 pounds with team using tools such as a harness, dolly or lift.
• Role requires basic appliance installation and capability to advise customers on product placement and services.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a two-person team.
• Willingness to support delivery, installation, repair and haul-away activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation.
• Help ensure installed appliances are damage-free, accurately installed and fully functioning.
• Provide a seamless client experience by advising on product placement and giving recommendations regarding products, services and content.
• Work independently or as part of a two-person team.
• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance in partnership with other Agents.
• Process paperwork and payments.
