Job summary

Albion Rye Associates in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Lead Researcher to own end-to-end research from study design to insight delivery, blending qualitative and quantitative methods with AI-enabled workflows.

You will advise senior clients, translate complex business questions into rigorous designs, present findings, and drive timelines and quality across multiple healthcare and life sciences projects in a hybrid SF setup.

Qualifications

I'm currently working on an exciting opportunity with an AI market research and insights business that is redefining how research is delivered across healthcare.

They partner with leading healthcare organisations and sophisticated clients on high-impact business questions, combining AI-enabled technology with high-quality qualitative and quantitative research.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Lead Researcher, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end research process, from study design and execution through to insight development and client delivery.

You'll be a trusted research advisor to senior stakeholders, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution and helping shape how AI-native research is delivered.

What you'll be doing:
