Job summary

Grand River Dam Authority in Oklahoma is seeking a Technician II – HVAC to join our maintenance team at Grand River Energy Center. You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on HVAC and plant support systems to ensure reliability of power generation assets.

The role requires 2+ years of HVAC maintenance or a two-year technical degree, plus ability to work overtime and respond to emergencies. Proficiency with IBM Maximo and standard PC software is preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of HVAC maintenance experience or a two-year technical degree.
Valid Oklahoma drivers license.
Ability to work extended hours including overtime and emergency callouts.
Experience in a power generation or industrial environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide a safe working environment by following procedures, training requirements, and safe work plans.
Install, adjust, inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and related systems used in a power generation facility.
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on HVAC and plant support systems.
Troubleshoot HVAC-related equipment failures and perform post-event analysis.
Follow established maintenance procedures for HVAC systems and equipment.
Assist with maintaining spare parts and materials; report deficiencies.
Execute scheduled maintenance during outages and maintenance windows.
Utilize IBM Maximo to receive, execute, document, and close work orders.
Work odd shifts and respond to after-hours callouts.
Maintain maintenance records and documentation for assigned HVAC systems.
