Eaton is seeking a Tech II for CC Wireboards G2 in Greenwood, SC. You will assemble, wire, and modify components for medium- and high-voltage assemblies, following drawings and procedures.

The role requires lifting, inspection, and collaboration with engineering and supervision to support development and quality goals. The position offers a hourly wage of about $20 with a potential incentive program, with hours Mon–Thu 7:00 am–4:00 pm and Fri 7:00 am–11:00 am.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with assembly using hand and pneumatic tools preferred.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow Lean/ISO procedures.

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Tech II, CC Wireboards G2. The rate for this position is $20.00 per hour. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.HOURS: Monday through Thursday from 7:00 am until 4:00 pm and Friday from 7:00 am until 11:00 am.Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.What you’ll do:In the Assembly Technician position, you will assemble, wire, and modify components in accordance with established guidelines for manufacturing medium- and high‑voltage indoor and outdoor assemblies. This includes breaker and auxiliary compartments, breakers, customer service orders, power modules, and associated sub‑assemblies.Work from manufacturing information, electrical and mechanical drawings, sketches, and written or verbal instructions from supervisors or team leads, following established procedures.Complete ISO checklists, quality checklists, customer checklists, feedback forms, and production lists as required for supervision, drafting, customer service, and engineering.Mount and install electrical equipment and perform wiring operations as needed.Regularly lift, handle, and assemble components that include heavy copper parts.Report material shortages to the appropriate Kanban inventory operators.Inspect all assemblies to ensure hardware is secure, components are complete, and products meet cleanliness standards.Respond to change notices, customer‑requested adjustments, and development needs.Support engineering, drafting, and supervision with customer‑driven development activities.Effectively train and coach colleagues to support knowledge sharing and skill development.Qualifications:Basic Qualifications:Must have a High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.Skilled in the safe and efficient use of hand tools and pneumatic (air) tools.Eaton does not provide immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
