Job summary

Origin Staffing is seeking a Manager to join a premier technology-focused investment team inside a global alternative asset platform. The role blends fund finance, valuation work, investor reporting, and portfolio review, sitting close to senior finance and deal teams.

You will oversee quarterly NAVs, capital activity, and audit coordination, help prepare investor materials, and drive process improvements using data and automation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in public accounting, fund administration, or related financial services
• Strong foundation in fund accounting, NAV review, and investor reporting
• Excellent communication and ability to work with senior leadership and deal teams

Responsibilities

• Oversee quarterly NAVs, capital reporting, investor reporting, and related fund deliverables
• Partner with CFO and deal teams on valuation support and committee materials
• Review quarterly financial statements, management fee and carry calculations
• Coordinate year-end audit with external auditors and service providers
• Review portfolio company financials and summarize trends for internal reporting
• Drive process improvements and automation across the finance function
