Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Technology Governance Manager in Charlotte, NC for a 6+ month contract with hybrid onsite work (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). You will guide complex tech initiatives, build governance structures, and deliver executive-level insights through Power BI and BI tools.

The ideal candidate will have governance, risk management, and AI-enabled analysis experience, with strong stakeholder engagement and communication to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience building governance frameworks, operating models, and execution processes.
• Strong data analysis, business insights, and decision-support reporting.
• Executive-level reporting and presentation development.
• Hands-on use of Copilot and Generative AI for analysis and improvements.
• Experience in large, complex organizations, preferably in Financial Services.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting and strategic guidance for complex technology business initiatives.
• Build and operationalize governance frameworks, operating models, and execution processes.
• Identify technology risks, dependencies, and impacts across initiatives.
• Perform data analysis and deliver business/technology insights.
• Create executive-level reports, presentations, and decision-support materials.
• Engage stakeholders and senior leadership while driving outcomes with minimal oversight.
• Leverage Copilot and AI tools to improve analysis and process efficiency.
