Innova Solutions is seeking an On Prem Power BI Architect for a 12-month contract in Charlotte, NC. The role requires hands-on Power BI development (DAX, Power Query, data modeling) and strong SQL skills, with a hybrid onsite pattern (3 days on site).

Must have experience in BI governance, COE engagement, and delivering robust Power BI capabilities across enterprise environments. Strong communication and leadership in COE office hours are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Power BI report/dashboard development experience.
• Strong troubleshooting in Enterprise BI environments.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; comfortable leading sessions.
• Independent worker with a problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in Agile environments.
