The job

It is really simple: as we are growing our candidate database and increasing clients' demand, we need support in finding, qualifying, and conducting full-cycle IT recruitment for specific jobs. If you feel like generating extra revenue (from 20 to 40% of the position gross fee per placed candidate - around $600 to $4,000 per closed job), working remotely within a completely autonomous schedule, and having the chance to be part of something big, apply and let's have a virtual coffee! Important: this is a success-based freelancing role, paid by closed jobs.

The job is for you if...
  • You have previous experience as a freelancer recruiter
  • You speak fluent English. Most of our clients and candidates are native English speakers.
  • You have a growth mindset and are interested in contributing to building ambi.careers from the beginning, with potential mid-term opportunities.
  • You are comfortable working as a freelance contractor. No fixed salary, no benefits, no full-time employment for now. You take the risk as we do, and we all get paid based on placements. We aim to be the #1 agency and marketplace for startups and scaleups, working with select freelance recruiters based on trust and respect.
  • You have some extra time to invest in this, not just 15 minutes a day.
The job is NOT for you if...
  • You hate speaking with candidates and clients.
  • You don’t like the idea of freelancing or success-based commissions.
  • You are arrogant and lack empathy.

Again, English is a must, and another fluent language would be a plus. While previous sourcing and interviewing experience are preferred, if you’re a fast learner and confident you can do it, why not apply?
