It is really simple: as we are growing our candidate database and increasing clients' demand, we need support in finding, qualifying, and conducting full-cycle IT recruitment for specific jobs. If you feel like generating extra revenue (from 20 to 40% of the position gross fee per placed candidate - around $600 to $4,000 per closed job), working remotely within a completely autonomous schedule, and having the chance to be part of something big, apply and let's have a virtual coffee! Important: this is a success-based freelancing role, paid by closed jobs.
Again, English is a must, and another fluent language would be a plus. While previous sourcing and interviewing experience are preferred, if you’re a fast learner and confident you can do it, why not apply?
