The position includes managing complex autoimmune diseases, in-office infusion services, and procedures such as joint aspirations and ultrasound-guided injections. Licensure and board status are required with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Rheumatology or Board Eligible with a plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with other specialists.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic, treatment, and management for autoimmune and inflammatory disorders including RA, lupus, osteoarthritis, and vasculitis.
• Manage a high-volume outpatient clinic focusing on chronic disease management and complex autoimmune cases.
• Oversee and manage in-office infusion services and biologic therapies.
• Perform joint aspirations, ultrasound-guided injections, and soft tissue injections.
• Educate patients on long-term disease progression, medication safety, and lifestyle modifications.
