Management Performance Associates seeks a Rheumatologist in Munster, Indiana to join a well-established and expanding healthcare provider. This full-time role offers the chance to tailor your practice within a premier, tech-forward environment and flexible clinical design.

Responsibilities include managing autoimmune and inflammatory disorders, overseeing infusion services, performing procedures, and educating patients.

Formación

• Board-certified rheumatologist or board-eligible with plan to certify within a defined timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with or aptitude for EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with other specialists.

Responsabilidades

• Provide specialized diagnosis and management for autoimmune and inflammatory disorders including rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, osteoarthritis, and vasculitis.
• Manage a high-volume outpatient clinic with focus on chronic disease and complex autoimmune cases.
• Oversee in-office infusion services and monitoring of biologic therapies.
• Perform joint aspirations, ultrasound-guided injections, and soft tissue injections as part of treatment plans.
• Educate patients on disease progression, medication safety, and lifestyle modifications.
