Verizon is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to help customers connect with the latest technology and solutions in our store. You’ll learn customer needs, recommend products, and close sales while continually developing in merchandising and inventory through ongoing training.

There are opportunities to engage with the community and reach out to existing customers via calls or texts. Compensation includes base pay plus commissions, with strong earning potential and comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by leveraging technology passion and customer service.
• Identify customer needs by asking questions and building connections.
• Recommend product insights and top-down solutions to customers.
• Close sales through effective communication and meeting goals.
• Develop skills through ongoing training in merchandising and inventory.
• Reach out to current Verizon customers via calls/texts to grow base.
• Represent Verizon at off-site events to engage the community.
