Job summary

TOCA Football in Evanston, IL is seeking a part-time TOCA Soccer Trainer to coach and develop players using our tech-enabled training methods. You’ll work afternoons, evenings, and weekends, delivering engaging sessions and supporting players on a developmental pathway.

You’ll join a collaborative team that values excellence, innovation, and community, with opportunities to grow, learn, and contribute to positive outcomes for players and families.

Qualifications

• Soccer coaching or playing experience at youth, college, or pro levels.
• Passion for coaching and player development.
• Ability to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Able to move, lift, and be active throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and player development on the field.
• Lead training sessions following TOCA’s session curriculum and tech-enabled drills.
• Build relationships with players, parents, and coaches and keep them engaged.
• Track progress with the Training Manager and adjust methods as needed.
