Qualifications

• Investment banking background with Business & Tech-Enabled Services M&A experience.
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation analysis in Excel.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of M&A advisory transactions and debt raisings.
• Prepare confidential information memoranda and marketing materials.
• Develop financial analyses and valuation models for deals.
• Conduct sector and company due diligence.
• Build relationships with senior bankers, clients, PE firms and investors.
• Mentor and train Analyst team members.
