Job summary

Willow Grove of Maumelle in Maumelle, AR seeks a dynamic Executive Director to lead our 53-unit assisted living and memory care community. You will oversee finances, operations, and resident services while guiding a dedicated team to deliver compassionate, compliant care.

You will implement policies, drive occupancy, and partner with sales and clinical teams to sustain excellence. Strong leadership, licensure readiness, and 3–5 years in senior living are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college credits or degree preferred.
• RHA, LNHA, HFA preferred (required in some states).
• Must satisfy state experience requirements to include licensure or credentials to run a senior living community.
• Experience in managing a program or community in senior living; 3–5 years of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead community operations, finances, HR and resident services.
• Ensure implementation of policies relating to resident care.
• Supervise recruitment, hiring, evaluation and discipline of staff.
• Assist with sales/marketing plans to meet occupancy targets.
• Coordinate maintenance and quality standards with the team and vendors.
• Manage activities to align with state and federal regulations and policies.
• Operate within budget projections to ensure income/expenses control.
