Job summary

The VIOS Clinic in the United States is seeking a Registered Nurse Unit Manager to lead a tech-enabled clinical unit. You will oversee daily nursing operations, coordinate patient care across RNs and LPNs, and drive efficient workflows using modern software and EHR systems.

In this role, you will monitor quality, compliance, and clinical outcomes, ensure safety standards, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and IT partners to implement technology-enabled improvements that enhance care

Qualifications

Current RN licensure.
Proven leadership and unit management capabilities.
Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered care coordination.
Experience with EHR systems and clinical software tools.
Knowledge of quality and compliance standards.
Effective communication and collaboration across disciplines.
Ability to work with IT partners to enhance clinical workflows.

Responsibilities
