The Addison of Clermont is a Sonida Senior Living community located in Clermont, Florida. We are hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents in an assisted living and memory care setting.

As a CNA, you will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents, and coordinate with the care team to ensure high-quality care. The role emphasizes compassion, safety, and teamwork in a senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide compassionate patient care.
• Ability to work well with residents, families and teammates.
• Attention to safety and care standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dressing, grooming, bathing, escorts and transfers.
• Assist residents with nutritional needs, set tables, serve meals, ensure fluids, offer substitutions.
• Remind residents to take medications and assist with containers.
• Recognize changes in resident behavior and report to supervisor.
