Qualifications

• Valid CPR/AED certification required.
• Availability for early mornings/evenings and Saturdays.
• Completion of company certifications necessary.

Responsibilities

• Run professional consultations and record baseline metrics.
• Lead 20-minute strength workouts and monitor form.
• Log results, review reports with clients, teach recovery habits.
• Follow up with clients and increase retention and referrals.
• Run tours and close consultative sales tied to client outcomes.
• Maintain a clean studio and manage client accounts.
• Be a supportive team player and show empathy.
