Job summary

Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, seeking Sales Consultants to deliver world-class service to Every Guest. This full-time role offers uncapped earning potential, paid training, and a clear path for advancement in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will guide guests through product benefits and solutions, build personal connections, and help create the ultimate in-store experience while meeting monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
