Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant in Delphos, OH. You will drive in-store experiences, apply product knowledge, and deliver world-class service to customers.

The role emphasizes achieving sales goals, teamwork, and creating personal connections to simplify technology for guests. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year of customer service, and availability for evenings/weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities
