The Exercise Coach in Overland Park, KS is hiring a Certified Exercise Coach to deliver one-on-one and small-group sessions using Exerbotics technology. You will guide clients through personalized workouts, focus on form, motivation, and safety, and help track progress with data-driven tools.

No formal PT degree is required; training and certification pathways are provided, including The Exercise Coach Certification and Nutrition Playbook Certification.

Qualifications

• No formal personal training certification, experience or degree is required.
• The Exercise Coach Certification course and Nutrition Playbook Certification are provided.
• Ability to obtain CPR/AED certificate.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new clients and conduct initial consultations to assess goals and fitness levels.
• Lead one-on-one and small-group sessions using Exerbotics equipment.
• Coach clients through workouts focusing on form, motivation, and safety.
• Track client progress using data-driven tools.
• Provide education on exercise science and healthy habits.
• Suggest and sell monthly memberships and packages.
• Build relationships to encourage retention and referrals.
