Job summary

The Exercise Coach in Overland Park, KS is hiring Certified Exercise Coaches to deliver one-on-one and small-group sessions using Exerbotics equipment. You will welcome clients, conduct initial consultations, lead workouts, track progress, and help clients achieve strength, stability and confidence.

Compensation is hourly $16.00-$23.00 with post-certification pay increases and annual performance reviews. Benefits include paid vacation, retirement plan, uniform allowance, four-day work weeks

Responsibilities

• Welcome new clients and conduct initial consultations to assess goals and fitness levels.
• Lead one-on-one and small-group exercise sessions using Exerbotics equipment.
• Coach clients through personalized workouts, focusing on proper form, motivation, and safety.
• Track and record client fitness progress using data-driven tools.
• Provide education and guidance on exercise science, recovery, and healthy habits.
• Recommend and sell monthly memberships and package sessions to support client goals.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals.
