Best Buy in Summerville, SC is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers choose tech products and services with friendly, knowledgeable guidance. You’ll perform product demos, answer questions, and make recommendations to meet each customer’s needs.

The role includes completing cashier duties, assisting with in-store and curbside pickup, and staying current with product knowledge through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers' needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
