Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• Valid Alabama Teacher's Certificate.
• Must meet ESSA federal and state requirements or a willingness to meet the requirements.

Responsibilities

• Utilize technology to plan and provide instruction.
• Model appropriate and innovative use of technology for students.
• Facilitate and monitor the integration of technology in the classroom.
• Provide modifications for students with special needs, including ELL.
• Select, develop, modify materials and resources to support learning objectives.
• Establish routines and apply behavior management procedures.
• Participate in administration of local and state testing as assigned.
• Use formative and summative assessment to monitor progress and inform planning.
• Communicate high learning expectations and real-world learning targets.
• Support school improvement initiatives through participation in school activities.
• Engage in professional growth and uphold professional ethics.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding student and workplace matters.
