- Strong understanding of mixed health systems and diverse stakeholders.
- Proven success in cross-sector partnerships and influencing senior leaders.
- Experience moving initiatives from concept to scale with disciplined portfolio choices.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of market solutions and sustainability agenda.
- Develop enterprise frameworks, tools, templates, and decision frameworks for sustainability.
- Identify unmet needs and design sustainable, differentiated solutions.
- Co-create viable business models with country and global teams.
- Build capacity in sustainability planning, market analysis, and partnerships.
- Recruit, manage, and develop staff with governance and ethics.
