Responsibilities

• Review contracts to identify priority provisions and risks.
• Explain contractual requirements and changes to internal stakeholders.
• Identify issues requiring escalation to Legal, Privacy, or Cybersecurity teams.
• Collaborate with Cyber Legal, General Procurement, Legal, Privacy, and Technology stakeholders.
• Track contract status and deadlines using internal processes and Excel.
• Translate complex cybersecurity and technical requirements into clear business language.
