Baltimore County Bar Association is seeking an experienced in-house attorney for a paid, part-time contract role to negotiate and review technology agreements. You will run negotiation exercises, redline MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs and DPAs, and help grade contract analyses used to train legal AI tools.

The position offers remote work from the United States with flexible hours, no fixed shifts, and the ability to balance with your current role.

Formación

• At least three years in-house, working on technology transactions.
• Negotiated and reviewed MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs and DPAs yourself.
• Experience working with legal, product or research teams, with clear written and spoken communication, close attention to detail and sound legal analysis.
• No technical or AI background needed.

Put your technology transactions experience to work on your own schedule. This is paid, part-time contract work for in-house attorneys who negotiate and review technology agreements. You run negotiation exercises, redline commercial technology contracts and grade written contract analysis, and that work is used to train and test legal AI tools. Those tools are only as reliable as the contract judgment behind them, which is why the work needs experienced in-house attorneys. You work from home, around your current role, with no fixed shifts.
