Job summary

Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) seeks a Technical Compliance Engineer in Las Vegas, NV, to bridge Delivery teams and regulators, review test results, and help regulators understand requirements. You will maintain knowledge of regulatory standards, develop documentation, and support regulatory technical matters across jurisdictions.

The role focuses on customer service to regulators and stakeholders, coordination with global offices, and producing clear regulatory communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related technical field required.
• Experience in Gaming, Lottery, and Tribal environments preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
• Ability to adjust communication styles for diverse audiences.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and support to regulators, suppliers, and operators.
• Evaluate documentation related to submissions and testing.
• Maintain a register of current regulations and certification processes.
• Develop/maintain internal procedural documentation, coversheets, forms, and test scripts.
• Assist in generating correspondence for new technology or regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with Delivery groups on regulatory technical matters.
• Communicate technical issues clearly and document root causes.
• Write correspondence to regulatory agencies conveying technical matters.
