Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is offering a Spring 2027 Co-op in technology across multiple US locations, including New Brunswick, Raritan, Titusville and more. The six‑month program runs January 11, 2027 to June 21, 2027, with in-person or virtual options and full-time hours.

Assignments span data engineering, AI/ML, UI/UX, cloud, cybersecurity, product management, and more. Base pay ranges by grade: Sophomore $26/hour, Junior $28/hour, Senior $29/hour, Masters $34/hour. Housing stipend may be offered.

Qualifications

• Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., CPT/OPT considerations apply.
• Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Be enrolled pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Preferred fields include Information Management, IT, CS, or related.

Responsibilities

• Work within specialized groups in the J&J Technology organization.
• Contribute individually and as a team member to support a designated technology area.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to accomplish goals and objectives.
• Build awareness and experience of key capability skills in support of strategy.
• Conduct data and process analysis to support key solutions.
