Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS or related field, or equivalent education and experience; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years' experience in business analysis, design and controls development.
• Proven expertise in monitoring the effectiveness of business processes and controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex processes into clear, implementable controls.
• Proficient in process mapping and business process management tools (e.g., Visio).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Gathering and documenting requirements with stakeholders; translate into functional specs.
• Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for improvement; propose solutions.
• Support projects with planning, execution, and delivery alignment.
• Develop UAT plans and assist in test case creation and defect resolution.
• Facilitate clear communication between business units and IT teams; prepare stakeholder materials.
• Assess impacts of changes and help manage scope creep; develop training materials.
