Job summary

TPIS is seeking a Technology Brand Merchandiser to represent a recognized consumer electronics brand across multiple retail locations in Puerto Rico. The role focuses on educating customers, driving sales, and maintaining brand standards at each display.

You will travel between stores to perform product demonstrations, train staff, and help execute promotions. Base pay is $12 per hour with monthly incentives up to $425 and a car allowance up to $425, with work on the road.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and customer service experience.
• Passion for technology and consumer electronics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate and assist customers with product information and recommendations.
• Monitor and maintain daily inventory, pricing, and product displays, including POP materials, fixtures, and promotional assets.
• Ensure brand standards are upheld by supervising product presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
• Execute brand promotions, campaigns, and in-store initiatives.
• Verify proper implementation of displays, promotional materials, and overall store presentation.
• Conduct product demonstrations for customers and store sales associates.
• Provide product training and knowledge transfer to retail staff.
• Enhance the overall consumer experience at the point of sale.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
