Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Technology Senior Auditor for Internal Audit''s Issue Validation Team in Jersey City. You will lead end-to-end validations of technology issues, assess remediation effectiveness, and report conclusions with independent, credible challenge to risk objectives.

You will partner with technology and business stakeholders, manage multiple validations, and apply AI and analytics to enhance coverage while ensuring data handling compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end technology audit or validation work.
• Experience validating remediation of technology controls across cloud, IAM and SDLC.
• Strong risk judgment and ability to evaluate evidence.
• Strong stakeholder management and independent challenge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clear documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology issue validations end-to-end, including scope, strategy, testing, documentation, and reporting of final conclusions.
• Assess remediation effectiveness by testing design and operating effectiveness and evidence sufficiency.
• Drive timely resolution of open items by engaging stakeholders on gaps and scope, elevating disagreements when needed.
• Draft and deliver concise validation documentation and reporting packages for oversight and re-performance.
• Partner with tech and business stakeholders to understand remediation actions while maintaining independence.
• Manage multiple concurrent validations and ensure delivery against timelines without compromising quality.
• Share knowledge and coach less experienced team members to foster quality and improvement.
• Apply AI-enabled tools and data analytics to improve test coverage, evidence quality, and documentation.
