Job summary

CRH is seeking a Senior IT Internal Audit Manager, Technology, to lead a team delivering risk-based IT and cyber audits across ERP, OT, and cloud environments. You will assess controls, drive SOX activities, and partner with IT, security, finance, and operations to improve governance and efficiency.

Based at CRH Corporate in Atlanta, GA with hybrid schedule, you will travel to CRH locations as needed and mentor high-performing teams while advancing technology risk maturity across the group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, cybersecurity, finance/IT focus, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver IT audit engagements including scoping and reporting of risk-based IT & cyber audits.
• Direct and develop audit teams, coach staff, and foster a high-performing culture.
• Assess and improve IT, cyber, ERP, OT and digital controls with actionable recommendations.
• Lead SOX, governance frameworks, and audit methodology initiatives to raise overall control maturity.
• Build relationships with IT, security, finance, and operations stakeholders as trusted advisors.
• Identify emerging technology risks and propose data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Travel to CRH locations as required to oversee planning and fieldwork and mentor teams across diverse environments.
