Job summary

Crowe seeks an experienced Technology Advisory Consulting Senior Manager to lead complex engagements, shape IT strategy, and drive transformation programs for private equity clients. You will partner with executives, oversee multi-project delivery, and mentor consultants while developing governance frameworks and roadmaps for technology-driven growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8–10+ years of experience in technology consulting, IT advisory, digital transformation, or related services.
• Experience supporting private equity clients and leading complex technology initiatives.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and data analytics.
• Proven leadership, client relationship management, and business development experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project and program management capabilities.
• Experience with Manufacturing & Distribution clients is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, ITIL, COBIT, CISSP, AWS, Azure, etc.) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders and clients.
• Lead and oversee multiple complex client engagements.
• Develop technology strategies, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
• Manage project delivery, risk mitigation, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead IT due diligence and M&A integration engagements for private equity clients.
• Support business development, proposal efforts, and practice growth initiatives.
• Mentor and develop consulting team members.
• Present findings, recommendations, and executive updates to leadership teams.
• Stay current on emerging technologies, cybersecurity, cloud, AI, and digital transformation trends.
