Door Controls USA in Ben Wheeler, Texas, is seeking motivated candidates to join our manufacturing team. The role focuses on cleaning auto door parts to DCU standards, including loading and operating power washers, tumblers, and related equipment in a clean, safety-driven environment.

Qualifications

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
At least two years of related experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a high-paced environment with deadlines.
Basic knowledge of working with hand tools.

Responsibilities

To load & unload power washers & tumblers with dirty parts.
To hand wash certain critical parts as needed.
To load & unload vibratory system to polish certain parts as trained.
To teardown & clean power washers & tumblers as scheduled by supervisor.
To clean washroom floors & walls when needed.
To power off washroom equipment when shift is over to ensure heating elements from burning out.
To properly dispose of grease & sludge properly.
To rinse & dry washed products properly to prevent rusting or spotting of cleaned parts.
Other duties as assigned.
