Door Controls USA seeks team members for teardown, cleaning, and prep of electronic controls and assemblies in a fast-paced environment across the United States.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of related experience, plus basic knowledge of hand and power tools. This full-time role emphasizes organization, safety, and quality as you support bench techs and assemblers.

Qualifications

• At least two years related experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of working with hand tools and handheld power tools.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, clean, and prep electronic controls and assemblies.
• Identify different makes and models of electronic controls.
• Identify worn or burnt PCBs or damaged cases and housings.
• Prepare good parts for bench techs and assemblers.
• Help maintain inventory of rebuildable parts.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Summary:

Teardown, cleaning, & prep of electronic controls & assemblies.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Disassemble, scrape labels, cleaning, & polishing of electronic controls.
• Identify different makes & models of electronic controls.
• Identify worn & burnt PCB’s or damaged cases & housing.
• Make ready good parts for bench techs & assemblers.
• Help maintain inventory of rebuildable parts.
• Keep work area clean & organized.
• Help maintain a safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong organizational skills & attention to detail.
• Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced & at times stressful environment.

Education & Experience:
