Job summary

Wendy's Crew Member position is available to join a fast-paced, guest-focused team. You will help customers at the drive-thru and inside the restaurant, keeping orders accurate and the dining area welcoming. Training is provided to learn food preparation and brand standards.

Ideal candidates are friendly, reliable, and able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25–50 lbs, and work as part of a collaborative crew. We welcome all applicants and offer flexible hours to fit your schedule.

You must be willing and able to:

• Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift.
• Lift up to 25-50 lbs. now and then
• Handle weather related moments like rain at the drive-thru, taking out trash in the summer, etc.
• Wear a headset, use other restaurant equipment such as a register or grill, and follow brand standards and guidelines.
