DICK'S Sporting Goods is hiring a Teammate - Endzone & Loyalty to provide a fast, friendly checkout experience and support athlete engagement in loyalty programs. You will greet athletes, offer product knowledge, and ensure a positive final impression that drives repeat visits.

As part of a team-focused environment, you’ll adhere to store standards, participate in program promotion, and help maintain a safe and inclusive shopping experience for athletes of all abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and proactively assist athletes to understand needs with helpful product knowledge and service.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards with floor sets, signage, price changes, and replenishment.
• Promote company programs such as loyalty, warranty, and private label enrollment.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs, including applicable laws and guidelines.
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes feel welcome and respected.
• Support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet everyone (Teammates and Athletes) and proactively approach athletes to understand their needs and support their shopping experience by providing helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards, etc.
• Promote company programs (i.e., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.).
• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures, as well as to laws and guidelines of external governing entities, including those of the Federal ATF.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (Teammates & Athletes) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store. Performs other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
