We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our operations management team in Atlanta. This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for driving team success. As the Teamlead you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company, managing a team of employees, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of employees providing guidance, support and motivation to ensure high levels of productivity and performance
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and meet business goals
• Monitor team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to promote growth and development
• Ensure that all team members follow company policies and procedures
• Manage employee schedules and workload distribution to ensure optimal productivity
• Communicate effectively with upper management about team progress, challenges and opportunities

Requirements
