Job summary

Connect Tech+Talent is seeking a Senior Teamcenter Architect to lead design, architecture, and integration across ERP and CAD systems. You will oversee Teamcenter environments, drive enhancements, and mentor junior staff while ensuring data integrity and security.

The role requires deep Teamcenter expertise, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience with Teamcenter administration, architecture, and customization.
• In-depth knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, modules (e.g., Engineering, BOM, Change Management), and integrations with other enterprise systems.
• Strong experience with Teamcenter IT infrastructure, including servers, databases, and application environments.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, ITK, and BMIDE for customizations and extensions.
• Experience with Teamcenter upgrades and migration projects.
• Strong understanding of PLM best practices, data management, and product development processes.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Teamcenter PLM solutions.
• Manage and oversee the installation, configuration, and administration of Teamcenter environments.
• Collaborate with business analysts, IT teams, and stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and execute integration strategies between Teamcenter and other enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CAD systems, etc.).
• Provide technical leadership and guidance for the development of customizations and enhancements to the Teamcenter platform.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform system upgrades and patches.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the Teamcenter environment.
• Document architecture, configurations, processes, and procedures for the Teamcenter environment.
• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Teamcenter-related issues.
• Stay up to date with the latest Teamcenter features, best practices, and industry trends.
• Train and mentor junior staff and users on Teamcenter best practices.
