Job summary

TechClub Inc. is seeking an experienced Teamcenter PLM SR Integration Lead in a remote role for San Diego with travel.

You will design, develop, and lead enterprise integration solutions between Siemens Teamcenter PLM and ERP, MES, CRM, SCM and CAD systems, driving large-scale transformation initiatives. The role requires strong Teamcenter architecture knowledge, integration expertise, and technical leadership.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and leading Teamcenter integration projects across ERP/MES/CRM/SCM/CAD systems.
• Strong Teamcenter architecture knowledge and integration expertise with technical leadership skills.
• Ability to drive large-scale PLM transformation initiatives and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of Teamcenter integration solutions across enterprise systems.
• Architect and develop integrations between Teamcenter and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle ERP, MS Dynamics).
• Define integration strategies, interface specs, data mapping and governance standards.
• Guide technical teams in Teamcenter customizations and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
• Drive data synchronization, BOM management, change management, and product structure integrations.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Teamcenter SOA, REST, ITK, T4S, T4EA and middleware.
• Support PLM migration, upgrades and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure integration performance, security, scalability and reliability.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews and design sessions.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide root cause analyses.
• Mentor junior developers and integration engineers.
• Coordinate deployment activities with cross-functional teams.
