Job summary

Infosys Limited in the United States is seeking a Package Consultant 3 to lead end-to-end PLM solution architecture, primarily on Siemens Teamcenter. You will translate business and IT requirements into architectural designs, own landscape artifacts, and guide integration, data migration, and deployment perspectives across ERP/MES domains.

Relocation/travel may be required. A bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent is expected, along with experience in enterprise PLM architectures and security

Qualifications

• End-to-end PLM solution architecture for enterprise implementations, with Siemens Teamcenter as the primary platform.
• Translate business, engineering, and IT requirements into logical and physical solution designs.
• Own architecture artifacts including system landscapes, integration patterns, data models, and deployment views.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, security, and non-functional requirements.
• Experience in PLM solution architecture and implementation, with deep expertise in Siemens Teamcenter.
• Experience integrating PLM with ERP, MES, ALM, CAD, and other enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards.
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis.
• Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team.
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity.
• Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives through audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards.
• Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
